How Our Process Works

This is the basic steps every client goes through, on their way to an amazing product.

Consultation
We talk. We talk about your needs. Your concerns. What you want in a product. Whether that product is a business card or a 20-page layout, you get our undivided attention. We use plain, non “techy” language, and take things at a speed that’s comfortable for you. We develop a design for your product that you feel good about, and a timeline that suits your business goals.
Mockup & Drafts
Based on our conversation, we come up with a draft of what your product will look like. If your product is a single item, like a business card or a flyer, you may see something very close to the finished product. If it is more complicated, like a magazine layout, you may see more sample spaces. Regardless, we update you every step of the way through the design process. Communication is open, and your feedback helps us reach the ideal product even faster.
Completion
Once you have approved a final draft, we will deliver your product, in the file types you requested, in a timely manner. We can deliver the files in any format you choose (Google Drive, Dropbox, Email, etc.), and even help you find a quality printer to bring your products to life.
Continued Support
We don’t leave once your product is finished. We are always available for small tweaks or edits to your design, or file format changes. Although some changes may require extra costs, we try to accommodate every businesses’ budget, and give discounts to our loyal customers.
